It is well known that almost all close fitting sports fabric s are 4 way stretch fabric s, such as yoga clothes, leggings and some dance clothes. But in fact, elasticity is just a very basic necessary attribute.    Just like a rainy umbrella must be waterproof, everyone can do it, and everyone should do it. It’s not a rare thing.

Therefore, the reference dimension of whether a sports 4 way stretch fabric is good or bad is actually a very complicated thing.  It not only needs to be judged comprehensively according to the multi-dimensional attributes of the fabric,  such as composition, gram weight, weaving method, yarn processing method, but also the hand feel and wearing experience of the final product.        And it also needs to match the very subdivided specific application scenarios,  the exercise intensity of the wearer, the sports characteristics, and the exercise environment.

Take yoga as a sport, there are ultra-low-intensity yin yoga, restorative yoga, lie down more, gentle movements, pay attention to breath adjustment, basically no large-scale movement;

But such as high-intensity Astonga, large scale stretching, exaggerated visual movements, continuous movements, deep crotch opening, large-scale back bend folding.

75% nylon ➕ 25% spandex ➕ double-sided circular knitting structure:

It is a combination of 75% polyamide and 25% spandex. The proportion of spandex is relatively high, but NS110 does not only rely on 25% spandex to achieve high elasticity.

It combines the double sided circular knit structure, which is a knitting method with good elasticity.    Therefore,  this sports fabric has good elastic performance in both horizontal and vertical directions:Starting length 10 cm, the weft can stretch up to approx. 22.5 cm and the warp up to approx. 18 cm

For tight sportswear that needs to be flexed and stretched frequently, this elasticity can make the clothes move with the body movements, instead of making the wearer feel that the clothes are “pulling the body” all the time. 75% of high quality polyamide increases abrasion resistance

220GSM➕Double sided knitting structure:

In addition, its gram weight reaches 220 GSM, and it adopts a double sided knitting structure.  The right gram weight of 220GSM is not particularly thin to avoids awkward sheerness when stretched, and it is not particularly heavy to make people feel stuffy.

Compared with ordinary light and thin 4 way stretch fabric, this structure makes the fabric itself greater textural depth and has a certain supportive property.      When it is used as a close fitting sports fabric, it will make people feel that there is not only a flimsy, thin‑layer cling‑to‑skin feel on the buttocks, but it can retain a relatively complete sense of contour support after wearing.

DTY 40D yarn:

Micro‑filament yarn, extremely delicate and soft, with good breathability. In addition, the fabric has also been treated with moisture absorbing, sweat wicking and quick drying performance, which meets the requirements of dry and non sticky comfort after extensive exercise.
